Both are popular Middle Eastern dips. Baba Ganoush is primarily made from roasted eggplant, while Hummus is made with Chickpeas and Tahini.
Washing, Slicing, and Seasoning Prepare the eggplant by rinsing, slicing, and coating with olive oil and sea salt for even seasoning.
Air fry eggplant at 400°F/200°C for 20 minutes, flipping halfway. Scoop out the flesh and drain excess liquid for the Baba Ganoush base.
Step 3: Process all ingredients in a food processor
Blend cooked eggplant, spices, lemon juice, garlic, tahini, and Greek yogurt in a food processor for a creamy Baba Ganoush ready to savor.
